I received a A.S. degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance in 1989 and an Electrical Contractors license a soon after. I work in both new construction and remodels.
This opened the door to the many fields that I have experience in such as framing, concrete, roofing, landscaping and drywall. This has given me a rounded experience for understanding residential housing.
Having worked on ranches and owned my own country property where I raised hay and boarded horse's I have an understanding of the nuance's of country properties.
My industry designations include GRI, Certified New Home Specialist and Residential Construction Certified.
